Ecuador: Arriba Nacional - this so-called fine cacao variety only grows in Ecuador and parts of Colombia and is considered a rarity. Its flavour profile is strongly chocolaty with a fine floral and slightly nutty note.
Peru: Excellent ritual cacao for special moments with a fine chocolatey-fruity flavour.
Bali: This raw cacao comes from a permaculture farm in Bali. Its taste and effect are mildly floral and chocolaty.
